Deactivation error

Question

I have switched to a new pc. Before installation Studio 2022 on the new PC, I was not able to deactive online (get an error message), and the offline deactivation creates an error message too. This is not the first time I have the same issue. 
 Kindly deactive one of the two licenses in use, so I can activate Studio on my new pc. It is now running in demo, and there are 28 days left.
