Impossible to deactivate license : "There are multiple instances of this application running"

Question

Hello, 
 I'm having problems deactivating my Trados Studio 2021 Freelance from my old laptop to use it back on my new laptop. I get the error : "There are multiple instances of this application running. Close the other instances before deactivating the license". 
 Turning off the computer and restarting it does not solve the problem. I tried the offline deactivation but I got an error with a link that got me here. Is there any way to deactivate the license on my old laptop ? 
 Can you please help me ?
