Have you tried resetting it yourself?
You may be able to reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your RWS account for Trados Studio 2015, 2017, 2019, 2021 and 2022.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.

Thanks for your response and for the link. Yes, I tried resetting my license myself, but an error message appears: "An error has occurred." There is no more details about the problem, so I'm not able to solve it. I don't understand why.
