Changing computer: time-consuming reinstallation of all the upgrades starting from Studio 2009 + Trados Suite 2007... till Studio 2015

Yes, just the latest one. These are all full installers, so when you purchase an upgrade this is in name only and it's called upgrade because you replace the previous version with a new license as opposed to getting an additional license whilst keeping the previous one. 
 
The updates between previous versions are intalled on top of the full installer, and mostly happen automatically, but for major versions (and some service packs) in the your account these are all independent full installers.

Why would you reinstall 2009, 2011, 2014 and 2015? Isn't it enough to just install 2015? Also, do you really have separate licences in your account for all of these different versions?

I checked your account and I think you really only need to install 2007 (if you still want this) and 2014 (you have not activated a 2015 license yet). I see no reason for you to install all the rest. 
 
The reason for needing separate licenses for these two is because they are completely different licensing technologies. Studio 2011 changed the way licensing worked and made it a lot easier for users than the old Trados licensing. But it's still just two... and I'd question the need for 2007 too.
