License disappeared

Hello,

 

Last Week our students were unable to use Trados due to an error that I’m sending in image 1.Error message on Trados Studio stating 'Sdl.TranslationStudio.Api.ProjectManagement.ProjectManagementService' could not be started.

 

I have searched for the error online and I found this solution: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038444

 

However, I have now realized that all the licenses disappeared from the server where I had them installed (both for trados and passolo).

 

We have 60 seats of a network license, 24 of which are installed on one server and working normally (image 2).Trados License Manager showing 24 out of 60 seats activated for 'Studio - Professional Commuter 2021' on server VLABLING01.

 

However on the other server where I should have the rest of the seats (36) nothing is showing (Image3).

 Trados License Manager with no licenses displayed and a warning message 'License is inactive' for server 'escap.ipp.pt'.

Could you please help ASAP, I have classes depending on these licenses.
