Login Issue with Trados credentials

Hi there,
I am facing a severe issue with loging in. I have bought a Freelance Studio Subscription but cannot login properly with my credentials, even though I have run Trados as an Admin. After entering my credentials, the login window freezes and does not activate my account. What can be done about this? Please help me!!!! Thanks a lot.
