Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded

Hello,

I'm having problems deactivating/releasing my Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus license in order to uninstall the product and install the new version of Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus that I purchased a few months ago.

I have the following error message: Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded

Then I get a second message saying that my license has been deactivated, but I can still run my 2021 version of Trados.

My current Trados version is Trados Studio 2021 SR2 - 16.2.12.9338

My OS is Windows 10 Pro 22H2 [ver. 10.0.19045.3570]

Could you please help me?
