Reactivation of my Trados licence after a computer crash

I had a Trados Studio 2019 licence on my computer.

Then yesterday, this computer crashed suddenly and I had to buy a new one. 

I tried to reinitialise the licence via my RWS account online to be able to reinstall it on my new computer, but this doesn' work.

The only error message I'm getting is "An error has occurred".
