I would like to upgrade from Trados 2019 Freelance Plus to Trados 2022 Freelance, since one single license is quite enough but I don't find it in the purchasing options? Is it still possible?

I would like to upgrade from Trados 2019 Freelance Plus to Trados 2022 Freelance, since one single license is quite enough but I don't find it in the purchasing options? Is it still possible?

Unfortunately that is not possible, since Freelance Plus licenses can only be upgraded to Trados 2022 Freelance Plus. If you are looking for a better deal and only need one activation, please consider purchasing a new Trados 2022 Freelance license: https://www.trados.com/pricing or a Freelance annual subscription from your Vendor tab: https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/Vendor Please note the promo price of the subscription is valid for the first year only. Afterwards, the renewal will be at full price.

Hi Elisa,
thank you for your answer. In this case, it's indeed more interesting to buy a new license. In this case will I have a new 2022 license and my Licence 2019 simultaneously? I have simulated an upgrade from 2019 Freelance Plus to 2022 Freelance Plus in my cart just to see the final price (VAT inclusive) and have cancelled it since it does not match my actual needs. However, the order is considered as processed and in waiting for my payment. How to cancel this order in my account?
Yes, with a new separate Trados 2022 license you will get to also keep your Trados 2019 Freelance Plus license. I have cancelled your upgrade order.
If there is anything else I can help you with, please let me know.
Kind regards,
Elisa
