Unable to active my license. Error message: 210150

My product is Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus. I have successfully activated it on my desktop and all goes fine, but I am unable to active the license on my laptop. I have tried three times to reset the license, uninstall the software, reinstall different software updates (17.0.4.13209, SR1_17.1.6.16252 and SR1_17.1.8.17828) and activate it again, but I always get the same error message: “Failed to install RMS license string. Error ID: 210150”. Could you pls help me?
