How to deactivate my license using RWS License Manager

Question

Hello, 
 
 I tried to deactivate the license using License Manager but received an error message that it could not connect to an activation server. 
 I t says &ldquo;Please check the activation server address for the provider settings&rdquo;. 
 How can I check and fix the activation server address or can you deactivate the license on your side if I provide the license code?
