Following up on a previous issue with the installation of Trados version 2019 apparently related to the local Windows configuration, I'm finding my system crashes repeatedly so I am unable to work with it. I have copy-pasted below the crash event registered by Windows.

I work in Windows 10 with the latest updates. I have followed your guide for a similar problem by refreshing .NET Runtime. However, the problem persists.
