This is my current issue.
I own an SDL Trados Studio 2021 SR1. I had to replace my old laptop; unfortunately, I could not deactivate my license before reinstalling it on my new computer as the old one crashed. But before that the program was uninstalled.
Now I am trying to make Trados work on my new laptop, but it does not accept/recognise my license number, so I cannot recover my previous work, my TM, etc.
What can I do?
