Deactivated offline on PC1, Activated on PC2, all ok, now PC2 is non active and PC1 is active.

Question

As per subject, I deactivated my 2019 freelance Plus licence on PC1 in offline mode, loaded the certificate in RWS account, then activated successfully 2019 licence on PC2. 
 I didnt' use studio 2019 for let's say a couple of weeiks and, when it ewas needed, on PC2 I cannot use Studio (not active), while PC1 is usable. Did licence go back autonomously? 
 If anybody can help...
