cannot move activation to new computer

Dear SDL.

Error message window showing 'Deactivation failed. Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded.' with an OK button.Error message window showing 'Failed to deactivate offline. The specified deactivation authorization may not be valid. Validate your deactivation authorization against the authorization in your account.' with an OK button.Information message window showing 'The product license has been deactivated and Trados Studio will now exit. To start Trados Studio again, you must activate the product.' with an OK button.

I followed the intstructions for deactivation in order to switch computers. 

I received an error for online deactivation, and then an error for offline deactivation. 

When I closed trados, I recieved the message that it has been deactivated, but if I open it again, I is still active.

please help
