Access to Cloud from Trados Studios 2022

Hi everyone, 

I have a Trados Studio 2022_SR1_CU8_17828, freelance license. 

I'm trying to sign in to my cloud account, but after entering my RWS credentials (which are correct since I can access the website to check the orders, the license, etc.), there's a message appearing saying that my "ID RWS is not linked to any cloud account. Please create an account or contact the administration." Being a freelance translator, I'm the administrator, and when I try to create one, another message appears saying, "An account is already linked to the user's organisation. Please contact the account administration or the support team". Do you know what the problem could be?". Please note I never used cloud capabilities so far, so it's my first time trying.
