Evaluation Expired (37)

Question

Hello, 
 I have one license of Freelancer version of Studio 2019 with no expiration date. Today the message appeared upon starting the Studio 2019: Evaluation Expired (37). I saw the same problem already appeared on this forum and tried to reset the activation code as recommended. However when trying to reset it, an error appeared, saying:

An error has occurred 
 
 An email has been sent to the system support team to notify them of this error. 
 If you require support please use your support account or report the problem in the &ldquo;Licensing & Installation&rdquo; forum in the RWS Community. 
 In the meantime please try reloading / refreshing this page. 
 
 please advise how to proceed,
