Deactivation of second license for use on new laptop

Dear Support,

I would like to deactivate my second SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance Plus license for use on a new laptop but I am receiving an error message.

The second license I would like to deactivate for re-use is the one activated on 07-02-2021

Unique Activation ID ending: .....6635018

Please could you help deactivate this?
