Provider error ocurred, code: 0. Could not connect to the activation server

We've buy an upgrade to our Trados Studio 2021 licenses to 2022 version. We can see the license upgrade option on our RWS portal but as we try to upgrade it, it shows a message asking to stop any activation in use. Then we go to our 17.0.134 license server and as we ask to Deactivate all Professional Commuter 2021 licenses it show a message: "Provider error ocurred, code: 0. Could not connect to the activation server. - Error sending the request."
