Hi Elisa,
I am currently struggling with the same problem and renaming the folders described in the solution did not help :-(
Neither does the other solution described in another article, i.e. to rename folder named "17".
Can you please suggest, how to proceed? I need to finish an urgent project by tomorrow :-(
I am using Trados Studio 2022, SR2.
