Error message :'Invalid namespace'- Cannot desactivate license offline - Trados Studio 2017 Freelance Plus

Question

Hi, 
 Yesterday I was using Trados Studio 2017 Freelance Plus without any problem and the next day when trying to open Trados Studio 2017, an error message appeared : "invalide namespace". Impossible to open Trados. 
 I had to uninstalled Trados 2017, and to reinstall it . Now that Trados is reinstalled I cannot use the same license number as it shows that it is still in use and I cannot desactivate it offline as the following message pop up " An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request ." 
 Can anybody help me please?
