I cannot install Trados because of the error below. I have previously encountered this error and there was nothing I could do (from my side). A person working for technical support remotely connected to my laptop and used the Windows Command Prompt to fix the issue. The guy was clearly a tech wizard and I'm hoping he can help me again.
