Is it possible to install 2 different licences of Trados Studio 2022 on the same PC?

Hi All,

I own 2 different Trados Studio 2022 licences (1 Trados Studio 2022 and 1 Trados Studio 2022 Plus) and I would like to know if it is possible to install both on the same PC and have them opened at the same time independently, let's say, each on a different monitor. I used to have Trados Studio 2019 and Trados Studio 2021 on the same PC, and it was very useful because I used to open them both and see each on 2 monitors, this saved me a lot of time consulting different projects simultaneously. When I looked for a licence provider in order to upgrade to Trados Studio 2022, I did not explained myself clearly enough and I bought 2 upgrades instead of only one. Now I have 2 Trados Studio 2022 licences, but I have not been able to have both installed on the same PC. Please, I need technical support with this issue because I am not currently making the best use of my 2 licences as I used to do when I had the 2 different versions  on the same PC.

I will truly appreciate your  helping me out of this issue.

    On the same PC, you can install two licenses only if they are different versions. However, installing the same version of Trados 2022 twice on the same PC is not possible.

    If you typically use two monitors, you can choose to work on the desktop version on one monitor and activate the cloud version on the second monitor. However, please be aware that the work is not synchronized.

    The Freelance Plus 2022 has the same technical characteristics as the Freelance version with the add on that it allows you to install and run the software on two separate machines at the same time. Please note that it is a single license with 2 activations available, not 2 separate licenses and as per our terms and conditions the license is individual.
