Failed to install RMS license string / too many resets

I updated my computer a few days ago, and today, I was asked to activate Trados (studio 2022 Plus) but failed (I didn't deactivate my license before the update). I tried to reset my license too many times and to reset it anymore, but I still cannot activate it on the updated computer. Please help!
