Problems with Trados Studio 2022

Good morning, 
 I have been experiencing this issue for several days, it says: unexpected exception when initializing view part Corrispondenze frammenti or
 Cannot access site for type SDL.TranslationStudio.Editor.TranslationEditor.TranslatableDocumentViewPart before the view part has been initialized and Key not found: 'xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx'Nome parametro: key" 
 
 I can't work with Trados Studio 2022 How can I solve it?
