I can't activate my license

I'm trying to activate my license, but I can't. I had this problem before. I took my laptop for repair, so I had to download Trados Studio 2022 and MultiTerm again. I tried to do the same as I was told when I purchased the license (download Wechoid and activate my license offline).  The problem is that when I go to my RWS account to get an online activation certificate, what I see on the right hand side is: "Can't deactivate online? Deactivate offline". I clicked on that to see if I could activate it, but I received an email with an offline deactivation authorization (although I didn't click on "confirm offline deactivation").RWS Account Licenses page showing Trados Studio 2022 Freelance license activated on 14-12-2022 with no available upgrades and an option to deactivate offline.
