No license available on my account

Hello Team,

I deactivated my license on my old desktop and now I cannot activate it on my new desktop as in my account there ​is no licence available​.
My product is SDL Trados Studio 2021 SR2 16.2.10.9305 and I have an extra activation license on my notebook as I have two license available with Freelance Plus.
Can you please help?
