Hello,

I had been using Studio 2015 until now but starting to have problems, so I decided to purchase a new license, as upgrade from Studio 2015 are not possible anymore.

So I purchased my license at its full price, only to realize afterwards that Studio 2022 is not compatible with my main client system. It was the only version available for sale. It took a while to find out why I couldn't access to their servers.

My client system is only compatible with Studio 2017 or Studio 2019, so I need a downgrade. My brand new license is useless.

Is there anyone here who could help me or direct me to the right department? Is there a phone number I could call?
