My license for SDL Trados Studio 2015 Freelance Plus stopped working yesterday. I don't have the option to reset it myself and i couldn't deactivate it either. I tried everything for 2 hours, i keep getting error messages.
Could you help me with the reset/deactivation so that I can resume work?

I see on your RWS account that you activated Trados 2015 yesterday, please confirm that is working now. Also, you have one more activation available for Trados Studio 2015 and one for the new purchased Trados Studio 2022.

I did reinstall Studio 2015 but it crashed and I wasn't able to deactivate the license. I tried on another computer, the license code is not working either.
