Good day, my Studio 2021 cannot open. What should I do? I tried all the steps provided in this link (https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038444) but still it cannot open. Please assist, as I have agent work to complete. I am using Windows 2007. Below here is the screenshot of an error message:
