Perhaps you purchased a subscription, in which case you just activate by logging in?
Perhaps you have multiple email addresses and are checking the wrong account?
I can't check at the monent but maybe you can validate these things first?

Hi Paul,
Thanks for your reply.
I don't believe I purchased a subscription, since what I have is a perpetual license. I purchased an upgrade to Studio 2022. When I log into my account, I don't see the 2022 license, only my 2021 or the other past licenses. In addition, when I click on the 2022 icon (which I downloaded), I see a window with 2 options: to activate the license or continue with the free trial. The problem is that I can't activate my license because I still don't have the 2022 license in my account!
Secondly, I don't have multiple email addresses, but that was a good point!
I'd appreciate your help to solve this problem!

I just logged in and checked your licence. Your problem is you have not processed the upgrade:
