SDL Trados Studio 2015 Freelance Plus license reactivation

Hello,
I am having trouble reinstalling my SDL Trados Studio 2015 Freelance Plus license on my laptop.

The first license is active and running on my desktop computer, the second one on my laptop crashed some time ago following an update, as far as I remember.

I didn't use it for a while, meanwhile I updated my laptop and reinstalled Windows on it. I reinstalled Trados on my laptop following a debugging process based on discussions in this group.

When I enter the activation key I get the message “Activation failed. Please provide quantity less than or equal to the remaining quantity 0.” and in my Trados account it says the deactivation process has been initiated, but I cannot physically confirm the deactivation on the laptop because the former license/software installation no longer exists.

How can I recover an active license for my laptop without affecting the active license on my desktop computer?

I relied on discussions on this group to identify the relevant fulfillment ID for my laptop, but the codes do not match the ones in my license.
