I received a project to work on and the package couldn't open due to an error. I looked in the internet about the solution for the problem and people with similar problems had to unisntall/reinstall Trados. I uninstalled it but now I am not getting access to the reacyivation. RWS is asking me for the installation ID and I don't knw where to find it!
Please help me becuase I am running out of time to do my project. Thank you.
