Dear Trados Team,
I tried to deactivate my SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance account on my old PC. But I get this error: "Decativation failed. De externe naam kan niet worden omgezet: '000.sdl.com'."
Could you please help me to deactivate the code, so that I can reinstall on my new pc? Thanks a lot!
