Reactivation of my Trados licence after a computer crash

Hello, 

I am not able to deactivate my license after a computer crash and a re-installation of Trados Studio 2022.

Please can you help? (Please note, I also have an additional license as part of a Freelance Plus package. The additional license is currently available, I need to deactivate the one listed as in use.)
