Please help me resetting my license

Unfortunately, my PC keeps crashing. Today it was already 3 times Disappointed

This said, my Studio became deactivated. When I tried to activate, it was of course not possible, as the license is in use. So I tried to deactivate offline, but it did not work. After asking your team to reset the license, this was indeed resetted. But when I tried to activate, a message "the license has been tampered with" (or similar, unfortunately I did not store the message). So I tried to rename the Studio.lic. but to no avail. The license in my account is "in use" and Studio is still deactivated.

    Thank you. I am really lost this time. Usually I would be able to solve nearly all problems I might have with Trados Studio, but this time the problem goes deeper. A Dell PC (XPS 8940) is making huge trouble and this is the cause of all problems. So thank you for the support.
