I have a PC and a laptop, both with Trados Studio 2022 SR1. I purchased the upgrade on 18 Aug 2023 and paid US$ 329.00. I have used Trados since 2002.
Today the programme crashed on my PC and I wanted to reinstall it. When I then enter the activation code, the programme responds that the code is busy. I then try to delete or deactivate the code from my PC, but it doesn't work! I have tried all the actions listed on the RWS pages. I have a big job now, but can't do anything.
