I NEED HELP ASAP - 12 MONTH SUBSCRIPTION "INACTIVE"

Hi team, 
 I purchased the new SDL Freelance Studio - 12 months, but I cannot activate it on my SDL (latest version installed). Regarding the product activation, where should I find the activation code? I tried to have a look at my account but I cannot find it. However, if I close the window, an error pops up saying that the product license has been deactivated and SDL will be closed. 
 I already followed the steps for the 12-month subscription at this page gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge , but when I select my account doesn't pop up anything. After clicking on "ok", an error message pops up.
