I can't activate the SDL Trados Studio 2019 again and again. Please resolve this issue once and for all!

Heewoo Kim You'll never know if anything has been resolved as you are using an already unsupported version of Trados Studio. We have had 2021 and 2022 since then. Notwithstanding that you have not explained at all what the problem is? For all we know the problem could be caused by something you are doing and not anything the software causes. However, we will be pleased to help you with this problem so have logged a support case on your behalf. We do prioritise customers who have a support contract so please keep in mind it could take up to 48 hours, especially over a weekend, but rest assured we will contact you as soon as we can. I have a license for SDL Trados Studio 2019. When I had a problem of not being able to activate the app a few days ago out of a clear blue sky, I asked RWS for help online, and someone got in and resolved the issue promptly, saying something about 'reset..." At that time I thought there must be an issue of resetting the app, and that the issue was resolved permanently. However, the problem continues... I'm looking forward to getting help from RWS once and for all.

If you need a reset have you tried doing this yourself?
You may be able to reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your RWS account for Trados Studio 2015, 2017, 2019, 2021 and 2022.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
If not the support team will be touch as I already created the ticket.

This is rarely the case, but you probably don't realise what you're doing that might cause this. Do you work with multiple computers and failed to deactivate one before activating another? Anything unusual take place such as you travelling and working with different MAC addresses? Nothing occurs without a reason, we just don't know what happens in your environment.
