I am having problem acessing my Studio, when I try to start the program I get a screen saying my Evaluation has expired [37] and when I try to activate my licence, I get an error saying that activation is not possible because there is already a licence in use in my account (this would be me as I have a single licence). Also tried to deactivate the licence and reinstall and it didn't work. Also involved my IT help desk and they couldn't figure it out, they say it's a problem with my Trados licence/account.
Can you help?
