Using Trados again after hardware crash

I had a hardware crash requiring memory exchange. Then, I could not start Trados regularly again. Running it did lead me to the 30-days-Test-version. Since I had to deliver a translation the next day, I actually resorted to the Test-version, just to have something to work with. It runs ok, but this is only a short term solution. License reset worked, but does not help. The test version does not ask for my license number and I found no way to switch it back to my licensed version. Now I need to get rid of the test-version again and return to my payed license (and, of course, activate it). All attempts failed. I do not know the trick or do I have to get some kind of new activation key from somebody?
