How to deactivate one of my Freelance Plus license when my computer does not recognize the license anymore?

I updated my Windows this morning and when I relaunched Studio 2022 it asked me to activate my license which is not normal because I did it two days ago and it worked well. I checked my account and I can see that one license is used while I haven't activated it on any other computer. Another strange thing is that I had to update my Studio version again to version Trados Studio 2022 SR2 - 17.2.9.18688 (I had already done that two weeks ago). It's like my Studio went back 2 weeks in the past...

I can't deactivate and reactivate the license, because there's no button or link to do that since my computer thinks my Studio has not been activated at all. So it's like one license is used for nothing. I tried to deactivate it offline, but I can't because I can't get the Deactivation Certificate.

I'm stuck with one license used and my Studio asking for a license activation while it's supposed to be activated already. I don't want to activate it again, because I need the other license for my laptop and I'm afraid that if I use the activation code a second time both licenses will be used on the same computer... And I cannot reset the license, because the Reset button doesn't show up where it's supposed to...

Did someone else get that problem already? Does anyone know what I can do?
