I have noticed that other users have the same problem when trying to activate the licence, but haven't found any solutions, so here is my problem:

My pc needed to be re-set, and the programs installed again. I have reset my licence in my RWS-account, and under licenses & subscriptions SDL Trados Studio 2017  Freelance it says: users 1, in use 0, available 1. As far as I can understand, the activation code is the code that is directly under SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance?

When I paste the code in the SDL online activation/activation code window and then press on the activate-button, this message comes up:  Activation failed. Could not connect to the activating server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings.

Please tell me how to proceed.
