I changed my PC at the end of October and was then able to deactivate my licence Freelance Trados Studio 2017 on my old computer (deinstallation of Trados on that one) and activate it on the new one (which was a second-hand computer to keep me going while I was waiting for a brand new one). So far so good. That second-hand computer crashed last week so I went back to work on my old computer: I reinstalled Trados and was surprised to see that it didn’t even need activation… I got my brand-new computer last weekend, I installed Trados and have been trying for several days now to deactivate my license on my old computer and activate it on the new one but the deactivation authorization in my account does not work to generate the deactivation certificate (online deactivation and activation doesn’t work at all). I am thus working on the trial version which will expire in 24 days… the second-hand computer that crashed does not work at all, I cannot switch it back on to deactivate the license on that one… I hope this is clear…  Thanks a lot for your appreciated help!
