Hello, my laptop crashed after an update and I need to deactivate the Trados Studio 2019 Plus license in that laptop so that I can use it on my new laptop.
I could see the reset license option but do not know for sure which fullfilment is connected with the crashed laptop. I tried the older one, but got an error message.
