Deactivation Issues before update to Trados Studio 2022 SR2

I tried to to update my SDL Trados Studio to SR2. I was unable to deactivate my license online before starting update.  I tried offline deactivation, but when trying to confirm offline deactivation, I got message "An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request." I have one version (Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus) installed in my notebook with no such issues. I have this issue with Trados installed on PC only.
