I purchased Studio 2021 Desktop version - I'm under the impression I have a perpetual licence. Yet if I try to open the programme it says licence expired. My online account says no expiry date to my product. I have tried using the activation code, but this has not worked. I am getting rather frustrated - I can't use the product I purchased. Please help.
