I purchased Trados Studio 2022 quite a while ago (I'm stil using 2017 for the moment), but when I want to install it, I get the notification that my license expired. And I don't know where to find it. Also, when I bought version 2017 years ago, I could install it on both my desktop and laptop. When I bought the new version, I didn't see this option; does this mean I have to buy the software twice?

You purchased an upgrade to Trados 2022 Freelance Plus, not a separate new license. The upgrade needs to be processed from your account, Products and Plans - Licenses. Once you process the upgrade, you won't be able to use Trados 2017 anymore. You can still install on both your desktop and your laptop.

Hello Elisa, sorry for the very late reply. I just did the upgrade on my desktop, but when I open my account on my laptop, I don't see a possibility to do this upgrade. It does say there is one product available though. Any idea what I should do?

The upgrade process is done from your account only once, even if you have Freelance Plus. According to our system, you have already activated Trados 2022 on two devices. In the future, as you have a valid support contract, I would encourage you to open a case from your account, Support and Education - Support. This way you would get quicker responses to your issues.
