Hello,

I am trying to deactivate my license in order to use it on a different computer. I have tried the usual method of deactivating it directly in Studio, but have received an error message saying that deactivation is impossible because the server cannot be reached and it is impossible to create a secure SSL/TLS channel. I tried to deactivate offline, but it does not work and I simply get a message saying "An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation." The same happens when trying to reset the licence, it simply says "An error has occured". How can this issue be solved?
