Cannot deactivate nor reset the Trados 2019 Professional license

Hello there,

I cannot deactivate or reset our Trados 2019 Professional license.

When I tried to deactivate the license, it showed the following error message.

「アクティベーションに失敗しました。

指定されたアクティベーション コードでは、現在使用できるライセンスがありません。」

When I checked the RWS account, it tells that the license is in use, but it should be me who uses the license.

And when I tried to RESET the license, it showed the following error message.

"An error has occurred" An email has been sent to the system support team to notify them of this error.


Please let me know how to deactivate the license so that I can use Trados 2019 Professional once again.
